- Handle induction of new employees; business cards,

- Handle all business trip logistics; flights, hotels, visas and
- transportation, per diem requests.
- Handle all office logistics in terms of stationary, kitchen
- utensils, cleaning, office boy, office equipment.
- Handle distribution of internal memos
- Handle company’s visitors travel arrangements
- Produce spreadsheets/power points using a number of
- materials
- Undertake research into issues ad directed by senior
- management and prepare draft of findings
- Handle company incoming calls and take appropriate
- messages
- Duties and responsibilities outlined may vary over time and
- are subject to management review and amendment
- Any other tasks assigned by the Manager
- Appoint travel agency to handle company’s travel

- Handle all HR related issues
- Handle all Admin related issues
