    • Visa renewal and tickets.
    • Handle induction of new employees; business cards,
    • extensions, office equipment, etc
    • Handle all business trip logistics; flights, hotels, visas and
    • transportation, per diem requests.
    • Handle all office logistics in terms of stationary, kitchen
    • utensils, cleaning, office boy, office equipment.
    • Handle distribution of internal memos
    • Handle company’s visitors travel arrangements
    • Produce spreadsheets/power points using a number of
    • materials
    • Undertake research into issues ad directed by senior
    • management and prepare draft of findings
    • Handle company incoming calls and take appropriate
    • messages
    • Duties and responsibilities outlined may vary over time and
    • are subject to management review and amendment
    • Any other tasks assigned by the Manager
    • Appoint travel agency to handle company’s travel
    • arrangement
    • Handle all HR related issues
    • Handle all Admin related issues
    • Assist Finance department
    • Handle Finance department's correspo
