Working for many major multinational organizations such as Aventis, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Orascom Telecom, Mohammed has mastered the field of HR with his extensive experience in organizational development and re-structuring, training, compensation & benefits, performance management and cultural change.

Mohammed has worked in various countries around the world such as the USA, UK, Bangladesh and Egypt.
